SHIPPING POLICY
Our shipping policy at Ky's Gift Baskets & Company is a 10 -12 day delivery cycle based on location and shipping type selected. We are a home-based company in Florida, located in the United States of America. Most shipments vary on travel and size.
Team members create baskets based on basket purchase and time. A 5 business day time frame is allotted for assembling of each basket. Assembly and delivery can be a total of 15 - 17 days.
Express shipping is an option. Track your package with the "Track Order" link.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Ky's Gift Baskets & Company return & exchange policy is on a case-by-case basis. Depending on the reason and severity of the return or exchange is how our company handles each product situation.
